Build production software with us
Open roles in Lahore and remote. Real client products, senior teammates, and code that ships to production.
Why work at Algo Vortex?
Algo Vortex is a custom software development company based in Lahore, Pakistan. Since 2017 we have built web, mobile, SaaS, cloud, and AI products for startups and enterprises that need steady delivery across time zones. The office sits in Gulberg III. Hybrid and remote options depend on the role.
We are not a body shop that rotates juniors through tickets. Named engineers join client tools and rituals, or a dedicated squad owns a product slice end to end. The people who learn a system stay on it. That continuity is what makes the work interesting and what clients trust us with production.
You would work on real shipped products, not slide decks. Browse RelayHub, RouteMind, and the rest of our case studies to see the kinds of systems we build and the stacks underneath them.
What will you work on?
Delivery spans custom software, web and mobile apps, AI and data features, cloud and DevOps, UI/UX design, and QA and security. Roles follow where client demand is strongest, not a fixed internal product line.
Most work reaches clients in the United States, United Kingdom, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Australia, Europe, and the wider Middle East. English is the working language. Status, decisions, and open risks stay written so timezone gaps do not become silent blockers.
Full capability detail lives on the services hub. If you want the company story from the client side first, start with about us.
How do we work as a team?
Code review, CI that blocks known regressions, written status, and least-privilege access are normal here. Pairing and overlap hours cover architecture decisions. Async hours cover deep implementation. The same delivery habits we describe to clients on about apply inside the team.
Seniors are the default on client-facing seats. Benches do not get padded with people who need constant babysitting. When someone is not a fit, replacement follows clear notice terms instead of months of quiet underperformance.
Quality habits travel with the team: peer review, automated tests where they pay for themselves, and a clear owner when production alarms fire. The goal is software clients can keep running, not a black box only we understand.
Who tends to do well here?
Strong fit: engineers, designers, QA, and DevOps people who want ownership, clear communication, and responsibility for production outcomes. You ask questions early, write down trade-offs, and care about the user on the other end of the deploy.
Poor fit: resume-padding without curiosity, or roles that need only ticket throughput with no interest in the system behind the ticket. We would rather say no in the first conversation than waste your time in round four.
